Together with the British singer Sam Brown the small but fine label Valle Venia has created into being a quite special project.
Fragile connects Sam's sensory voice with different sound constellations under the most melodic aspect. Cello, piano, cembalo, loops, violins and percussion evoke the complete emotion spectrum of her voice. There is a whole quantity, on every single song; just to mention the fiery emphasis increasing speech-song in Yellow Fields, to continue with the fairy-like vocals in the title song Fragile to the swearingTime To Leave. For me the best song on the album , by the way.
With Fragile the creators of Valle Venia recorded an album which will attract many listeners through its emotional contemplative character.
